The house is in a great location for exploring west Marin and Pt. Reyes. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable, sunny and open. The space worked really well for our group of 4 friends on a getaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The kitchen and baths are well equipped with basic supplies. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 4th bedroom is actually in a separate apartment below the main house. We all preferred to stay upstairs, so one of us slept on the sofa.
